My husband and his baby mama drama?

I feel bad for you, but I think it isn't really her causing the problems (unless there is more info you haven't shared). You have told your husband about how he could go to court to make these changes and HE hasn't. The problem is him. He knows that you will bail him out on paying his child support and buying things for his child. He knows that you will babysit her so that he doesn't actually have to take care of her. He is using you. I am sorry. Tell him he needs to handle his responsibilities himself, or that you will have to end this marriage. You deserve an equal partner, someone who tries, not someone who expects you to be their mom and their bank.
