Do I need permission from the lien holder to move my mobile home?

I bought my trailer 3 1/2 yrs ago and have made every payment on time and early and extra on the mobile home. I live in Ohio and would like to know do I need permission from the lien holder to move it? Would I get in trouble if I move it without permission.
