My top fave names. Please help me decide:)?

I would choose Nathan for a boy, because it means A gift from god in Hebrew. Sophia would be my choice for a girl, Because it has a sophisticated sound to it, and her Friends could call her Sophie. Sophie has a good sound to it. My choices for middle names would be Sophia Anne Lynn, and Nathan Francis David.
