Two girl first names that go with these middle names?

I'm having twin girls and I want to honor my mother (Kathryn) and grandmother (Patricia) by using their first names as my daughters middle names. Names could be shortened eg. Kathy, Trish, Tricia etc. I just can't think of first names to go with them. Please help!!!
