Which is worse: Having a name that has multiple spellings or multiple pronunciations?

I would think having one with different pronunciations. I'm a Rachel and I mean you might get the "Rachael" and so forth but I mean its not that bad. I think it would be worse having people call you something that isn't your name, such as if I was called "Rock-el" instead of "Ray-chel" I think that would be worse.
