Which name should I use in wedding ceremony?

I am getting married soon and we are having a church ceremony. My real name is Kathryn but everybody calls me Kate. Which name should I put for the priest (and others) to say throughout the ceremony? Kathryn sounds a bit weird because I am not used to it, but it is also more formal.
