Do I have any legal recourse against my credit card company for talking to my SISTER?

They told her how much I owed (total), what my payment due was, when my last payment was made...I was just floored that they would give that information out to someone who's NOT the cardholder. (They were trying to reach me because I'd mailed my payment about 6 days late, that's all.)
